I read the handbill circulated by you about 'Tree Plantation Drive' which is to be taken place on 15th February 2020. It is really a good initiative taken by you to protect trees and help nature to grow.

I am one of the trees lovers who know the benefits of planting trees and their usefulness to the surrounding areas. I have always had a love and affection for trees. So when I read about your tree plantation drive, I decided to be a part of it as a volunteer It is really a big opportunity for me to be an eye witness of planting 500 saplings. It is really a great joy to see the plant or tree growing sown or planted by us.

Kindly register my name as a volunteer for this tree plantation drive and help me to contribute to nature. I would also like to know whether you are honoring the certificate of participation or not?
